  • Our content focuses on...
    ... helping young people experience their fertility patterns so they can make responsible decisions in their sexuality. In this way they can: - understand their hormonal changes and feelings - grow in self-discipline - deal with peer pressure
  • We promote a wholesome approach to sexuality...
    When students understand their bodies, they can experience the freedom of choosing how to behave. They understand they embody special signs of life and love.
  • Components
    Our programme consists of: - class work* - individual interviews - Monitoring of behavioral outcomes by anonymous questionnaires *Includes topics such as: knowing your body's language and how to listen to it; learn to love and be loved; and learn your special signs and how to track them. Male and female students are engaged separately.
  • Time Commitment
    Our one-year programme consists of fortnightly 90-minute sessions.
  • Restrictions
    - Parental or guardian permission - Voluntary participation - The student must want to participate in Teen STAR™
